1. Purchase System: You can place the order through Facebook page/ messaging/ over phone. To order, you need to provide your address details with the product name/ product code/ product picture. And you can also order directly on the website. You will receive a call from the office shortly after ordering for order confirmation.

2. Delivery System:
   *Regular product: Regular products are delivered within 48 hours within Dhaka. And, outside Dhaka, it is sent to the courier service within 48 hours.
   *Essential commodities: We deliver daily necessities within 24 hours inside Dhaka.
                                  Note: We only deliver daily necessities inside Dhaka, not outside Dhaka.

3. How to return a product: 
     *Sign in to your CROWNTOUCH Global account, select my orders.
     *Select the order you wish to return and click on the manage order button.
     *Click on return items.
     *Fill in the return form. The available return options ( pick up/ drop off) will be displayed in this form.
     *Pack your CROWNTOUCH Global parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you and secure the return label on top of the return package.
     *If you are located in Dhaka city, then you will be able to avail pick up facility from specific area. If you are located outside Dhaka, then you need to book the product in below address, and send it through Shundarban courier, S.A paribahan and available courier service.

    Ref: We will provide are courier reference. 

4. Return Policy: 
    (1) If your product is defective/ damage or incorrect/ incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window, your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition, please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
    (2) Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No Longer Needed".
    (3) For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable) for more information on warranty claims please view our warranty policy.

    (4) Return product must send a request via return request on our web page. Invoice information is required to return ( Invoice number, product code, product name , delivery date). 
     # No return request will be accepted for messaging or over phone. 

*** Greheni Bazar has a 7-day return policy. You will be able to return your product within the next 7 days from the delivery  date. No return request will be accepted after 7 days.
